Amy Jean Nobles Gallery operates this site as a showcase for original digital artworks, with print fulfillment handled by our premium fine-art print lab. We are committed to minimizing data collection and being transparent about what we do with the information we gather.
No account required
You do not need to create an account to browse the gallery, or view artworks. Browsing this site does not require you to provide any personal information to us. We do not run an email list or collect email addresses. If you choose to email us directly, we use your message only to reply to you.
Local browser features: wishlist & recently viewed
Features like your wishlist, recently viewed pieces, and which homepage artworks you have already seen are stored entirely in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage. Sharing a wishlist creates a link containing only the artwork IDs you have saved, with no personal information about you. Tapping the heart on an artwork adds one to that piece's public like count; nothing about who you are is recorded.
Embedded content from other services
Some parts of this site are provided by other services: the music player (SoundCloud), videos (YouTube), and fonts (Google Fonts). When these load, your browser connects directly to those services, and they may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools collect anonymous, aggregated data such as page views, session duration, and traffic sources. They may set cookies on your browser, but the data collected is not tied to your personal identity unless you interact with a Google ad. Print fulfillment
When you purchase a print, you check out on our fine-art print lab's secure website, which opens in a new tab. The print lab handles payment, production, shipping, and returns. Any personal information you provide at checkout (such as your shipping address and payment details) goes directly to the print lab and is governed by its privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment information.
