Amy Jean Nobles Gallery operates this site as a showcase for original digital artworks, with print fulfillment handled by our partner Pictorem. We are committed to minimizing data collection and being transparent about what we do with the information we gather.
No account required
You do not need to create an account to browse the gallery, view artworks, or purchase prints. Browsing the gallery and clicking through to Pictorem for checkout does not require you to provide any personal information to us.
Local browser features: wishlist & recently viewed
Features like your wishlist and recently viewed pieces are stored entirely in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage. Sharing a wishlist creates a link containing only the artwork IDs you have saved, with no personal information about you.
Email subscription (optional)
If you choose to subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address and store it securely. We use this address only to send you updates about new collections and artwork. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Your email address is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose other than sending you gallery updates.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Pictorem: print fulfillment partner
When you click an artwork to view sizes or purchase, you are directed to Pictorem, our print fulfillment partner. Pictorem handles checkout, payment processing, production, shipping, and returns independently. Any personal information you provide to Pictorem (such as your shipping address and payment details) is governed by Pictorem's own Privacy Policy, not ours. We do not receive or store your payment information.
